UNDERSTANDING THE GOSPEL
The primary goal of the Nazareth church is to make sure that every member understands the gospel; The Life, Death, Burial, and Resurrection of Jesus Christ. "For I delivered to you first of all that which I also received: that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures, and that He was buried, and that He rose again the third day according to the Scriptures, and that He as seen by Cephas, then by the twelve. After that, He was seen by over five hundred brethren at once..." ( 1 Cor. 15:3-5)
NEW LIFE IN CHRIST
It is the goal of the Nazareth church that after understanding the gospel of Jesus Christ that each member experiences the new birth through salvation in Jesus Christ. by "confessing with their mouth the Lord Jesus, and believing that God has raised Him from the dead, having the assurance that they are saved" (Rom. 10:9).
INTEGRITY IN THE WORLD
It is the goal of Nazareth church that once salvation has been experienced that each member would live a life of integrity in the world and that they would "look carefully then how you walk, not as unwise but as wise, making the best use of the time, because the days are evil" (Eph. 5:15).
TRUTH OF THE SCRIPTURE
It is the goal of the Nazareth church that each member grows in God's grace understanding the truth of the scripture through bible study, prayer, and continued Christian Education training. "Study to show yourself approved unto God, a workman that need not be ashamed, but rightly dividing the Word of Truth" (2 Tim. 2:15).
YIELDED TO THE HOLY SPIRIT
It is the goal of the Nazareth church that each member yield to the power of the Holy Spirit and to His guidance in all areas of life understanding that the Holy Spirit was given to us to help us live successfully in this life. "Since we live by the Spirit, let us walk by the Spirit" (Gal. 5:25)
